Holocaust survivor Ruth Kessler’s daughter Michele Taroff and her husband Scott set up the Ruth Fisch Kessler Memorial Endowed Scholarship to Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey, which will go to an undergraduate student interested in Holocaust and genocide studies.
