The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Zionist Organization of America and the Israel Advocacy Committee of Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration and the 70th anniversary of the United Nations vote that led to the creation of Israel. More than 100 people attended the event, which featured a video appearance by Roderick Balfour, earl of Balfour, who spoke about his famous ancestor.
