Join NA’AMAT Rimonim chapter for a cooking demonstration by Amy Zitelman, co-owner of Soom Foods (Soom is the Hebrew word for “sesame”). She will prepare two dishes from her cookbook, "The Tahini Table" and answer all of your questions. Included in the $18 cost of the event is an option to receive a jar of Soom Tahini or the cookbook and a jar of Soom Tahini.

He will speak from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. followed by his award-winning film. The current culture and challenges for Beta Israel will be explored and discussed. The film will be available for viewing prior to the presentation.
