Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry President and CEO Gene Barr joined 16 fellow chamber executives across the country in launching the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Business Israel initiative. Its goal will be to promote economic ties between Pennsylvania, the United States and Israel.
The plan is for Business Israel to bring state and local chamber executives from all 50 states to Israel over the next three years. The hope is that will attract investment to the U.S., while collaborating in such areas as water and agriculture, cybersecurity and health.
