Teach PA co-chair Elliot Holtz testified before an Internal Revenue Service panel against proposed tax regulations that would adversely impact state-sponsored scholarship programs that enable K-12 students in Pennsylvania and across the country to attend Jewish and other nonpublic day schools. Holtz testified on behalf of the Foundation for Jewish Day Schools of Greater Philadelphia and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
