Steven Stone of Upper Dublin and Terry H. Stone of North Wales, and Scott R. and Karen Appleman of Allentown announce the engagement of their children, Elizabeth Danielle Stone and Mitchell Harris Appleman.
Liz is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree at Immaculata University and works as a Spanish Teacher at Collegium Charter School in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Mitch is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain & Information Systems. He is employed as an indirect procurement buyer at Qurate Retail Group (QVC) in West Chester.
Liz is the granddaughter of the late Esther D. and Jacob M. Stone of Pittsburgh and of Carlyn and the late Herman C. Henschen of Easton, Maryland.
Mitch is the grandson of the late Edna and Martin Appleman of Bayside, Queens, New York and of Lila Gross and the late Morris Gross of Las Vegas (formerly of Merrick, New York).
Sharing in the couple’s happiness are Liz’s brother and sister-in-law Joshua and Reshma, and Mitch’s brothers Matthew and Tyler.
The couple is planning an August 2020 wedding.
