Miriam Lisser of Lower Merion and Mark Fisher of Longport, New Jersey, announce the engagement of their children, Rachael Leigh Polis and Joshua Adam Fisher.
Josh earned his bachelor of science in business administration from Ithaca College. He serves as president of B&B Poultry Co., Inc. of Norma, New Jersey.
Rachael is a cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College, earning a bachelor of arts degree in political science. She earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia and a master of public health degree from the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences. She is employed as a pediatric and adolescent gynecologist for the Crozer Keystone Health System.
Josh is the son of the late Fay Fisher and the grandson of the late Benjamin and Dorothy Fisher, and Anna and Herman Weitz. Rachael is the granddaughter of the late Leah and Louis Lisser.
Thrilled for you and your daughter. You have so much to be thankful for.
She now has a marvelous career, and a groom to boot.
