Fifth-grade students at Perelman Jewish Day School competed as finalists in the Rendell Center for Civics and Civic Engagement Annual Citizenship Challenge on Dec. 11 at the National Constitution Center. The students worked together to craft an essay on the First Amendment and then presented a skit.
