Julie, Chris and Isabella Webb welcome a new addition to their family, Olivia Pearl, born on Aug. 28. She is named after her maternal great-grandmother, Pearl Axelord, and her maternal grandfather, Irwin Ufberg.
Sharing in the joy are grandparents, Ellen Ufberg and Judah Labovitz of Melrose Park, William Webb of Watsontown, and Laurie and Marc Frazier of Williamsport.
