
At a recent visit by Google to Perelman Jewish Day School, students had the opportunity to participate in Google’s Augmented Reality Pioneer Program. Gan and first-graders looked at animals who use camouflage to mask locations; second-graders inspected dinosaurs; third-graders explored plants and animals of the ocean floor; fourth-graders examined forces of nature such as hurricanes, earthquakes and volcanoes; and fifth-graders got up close with a strand of DNA and the integumentary system of the human body.
