SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services announced that it appointed Matthew Rosenberg, managing director, to lead the firm’s new capital markets division, SCOPE Capital Group. Rosenberg is a member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia Real Estate Group and a committee member of Boys Town Jerusalem.
