150 people attend the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia ‘s annual Legacy Society and Remembrance event.
On oct. 1, more than 150 people joined the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia at its annual Legacy Society and Remembrance event, co-chaired by Jodi and David Miller and Marjorie and Howard Silverman.
The evening celebrated new and existing members of the Legacy Society, which honors those who have created endowments now or through estate planning.
This year, four members of the Jewish Federation’s Renaissance Group, for adults ages 22 to 45, entered the Legacy Society. All of these endowments will provide the Jewish Federation with strong financial resources to assure the community’s continuity and vitality.
The evening also paid tribute to men and women who passed away during 5775 and generously remembered the Jewish Federation. Many of these community members’ loved ones attended the event to share cherished memories with attendees.
