Keith and Staci Frankel (née Joseph) of Wilmington, Del., announce the birth of their son, Joshua Alexander (Yerachmiel Sason) on Oct. 17. He joins his older brother, David. Joshua’s grandparents are Lois A. Frankel of Jupiter, Fla., and Garnet Valley; the late David M. Frankel; Linda Sterling-Joseph of Philadelphia; and the late Ronald Joseph. Other relatives include Aunt Heather, Uncle Jason, Uncle Keith, Uncle Jamin, Aunt Karen, Uncle Curt and Uncle Bruce. His cousins are Ryan, Jake, Lauren, Jon, Daniel and Rachel. Joshua is named in loving memory of his maternal grandfather, Ronald Joseph, and his maternal great-grandmother, Sylvia Ableman.
