The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish Federation Real Estate group (JFRE) had the exclusive opportunity April 2 to take the first public tour of the Promenade at Granite Run, a new mixed-use development project in Media.
The project, from BET Investments and sponsored by JFRE Chair Michael Markman, is thought to be the largest land deal and most successful re-malling projects in the United States. It offers an exciting live, work and play environment in the Philadelphia suburbs. More than 100 attendees turned up to network and catch the first glimpse at the future of malls and retail.
