On Jan. 11, 110 Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia JFRE (Jewish Federation Real Estate) members — 20 percent of whom were new members — enjoyed networking and dinner to celebrate JFRE’s 2016 accomplishments, which included providing more than $400,000 in grants to programs locally and in Israel. Plan to join JFRE at its next event, Outside the Box and Outside the Core: Developers Transforming Neighborhoods, which will focus on the development of the neighborhoods around Center City. The panel discussion will feature several prominent developers — Ori Feibush, Craig Grossman and David Waxman — who are raising the bar with projects catalyzing the transformation of many areas around the city that were never previously considered viable for development.
