On Jan. 11, 110 Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia JFRE (Jewish Federation Real Estate) members — 20 percent of whom were new members — enjoyed networking and dinner to celebrate JFRE’s 2016 accomplishments, which included providing more than $400,000 in grants to programs locally and in Israel.  Applications are being accepted through Jan. 30 at 5 p.m. EST for JFRE’s 2017 grants; to learn more or apply visit jewishphilly.org/jfre.

Plan to join JFRE at its next event, Outside the Box and Outside the Core: Developers Transforming Neighborhoods, which will focus on the development of the neighborhoods around Center City.  The panel discussion will feature several prominent developers — Ori Feibush, Craig Grossman and David Waxman — who are raising the bar with projects catalyzing the transformation of many areas around the city that were never previously considered viable for development. Plus, save the date for JFRE’s signature event, Legends and Leaders, with real estate’s most brilliant minds, being held on May 5; stay tuned for details.

If you have any questions about JFRE membership or JFRE in general, please contact Rachel Sigman, senior development officer, at [email protected] or 215-832-0513.
