More than 650 people were in attendance for the Jewish Community Youth Foundation’s (JCYF) annual Philanthropy Fair and Check Presentation Ceremony at Robbinsville (N.J.) High School, where more than $63,000 was distributed. Recipients included 175 teens representing 14 synagogues, 15 middle schools and 23 high schools.

Funded by the Ricky and Andrew J. Shechtel Philanthropic Fund and the Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks, JCYF has disbursed more than $730,000 since its 2003 inception.

Stephanie Woloshin of Yardley, who attended Lynn University, received the Distinguished Alumni Award. She said she would donate the $360 prize to the Jewish Teen Funders Network.
