Rebecca and Roy Jackel of Maple Glen announce the marriage of their daughter, Carissa Rose Jackel, to Steven Jason Romantz, son of Jeffrey and Ellen Romantz of Conshohocken, and Lauren and Marty Gillespie of Fulshear, Texas.
The wedding took place at the Blue Bell Country Club on May 26 and was officiated by Rabbi Mark Dratch.
Dana Jackel, the bride’s sister, served as maid of honor. Anthony Gillespie, the groom’s brother, served as best man.
Carissa is the granddaughter of the late Sylvia and Morris Burstein, and Herta and Jack Jackel. Steven is the grandson of Salyne and the late Jack Davidson, and the late Lee and Murray Romantz.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and now resides in Philadelphia.
