Barbara and Donald Goldberg and Evelyn and Alvin Jacobs celebrated the 65th anniversary of their double wedding on April 6 with a big party in Laguna Woods, Calif.
The wedding took place at the Broadwood Hotel with 400 people in attendance. There were two separate processions with eight ushers in each. All three mothers — Florence Barkin, Bella Goldberg and Bess Jacobs — were crowned in honor of the marriage of their last child.
The Goldbergs live in Laguna Woods, Calif., and Ventnor, N.J., and have two children and four grandchildren.
The Jacobs live in Maris Grove, Glen Mills, and have two children and two grandchildren.
