The Circle of Life

Three Wednesdays: May 4, 11 and 18, 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.
Three sessions will examine several critical and current issues from the perspective of Jewish texts and tradition. We will look at such challenges as life’s beginnings, birth control. pregnancy termination, technologies such as IVF and adoption, as well as the ebbing of life with such issues as developing a care plan, quality of life, dignity and sanctity, palliative/comfort care, hospice, assisted death and medical aid in dying.
