Positive Transitions: Empowering Seniors and the People who Love Them

April 28 @ 7:00 pm

Free

The COVID-19 pandemic has left many older adults and those who love and care for them feeling vulnerable, lost, and alone as they struggle to adapt to the transitions that are a natural part of their aging journey. Hosted by ElderNet and Narberth’s Advocacy Committee, this virtual town hall of senior care experts will answer your questions about when to be concerned about changes in cognitive abilities, how to know if they can live independently, what to do if they can’t, how to discuss and assist with life transitions, how to plan now for future needs and who to call for free advice along the way. Experts from Abramson Senior Care, Rothkoff Law Group, Senior Living Specialists and West Laurel Hill Funeral Home will present.
