The community is cordially invited to the American Jewish Committee Murray Friedman Memorial Lecture: Speaking out for the Voiceless. We are excited to welcome our featured speaker Imam Mohamed Magid, a member of the National Muslim-Jewish Advisory Council and executive director of All Dulles Area Muslim Society Center. He is well-known for his work at the International Interfaith Peace Corps and focuses on building bridges between Muslim, Evangelical Christian and Jewish communities.

His interest is in religious freedom, preventing violence against women and preventing violence and hate in our societies. In addition, he has authored articles in the Washington Post and Huffington Post and was written about in Time Magazine and Wall Street Journal. Limited seating. $25 includes lunch.
