2022 Virtual International Conference on Jewish Genealogy

The 42st Annual International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies International Conference on Jewish Genealogy will take place virtually Aug. 21-25.
The conference will feature more than 240 pre-recorded and live-streamed class sessions and group meetings. These sessions and meetings will provide a comprehensive education on nearly every aspect of Jewish genealogy for researchers of all experience levels.
Conference tracks include archives & repositories, Ashkenazi research, DNA research & genetics, ethical & legal considerations, family stories, immigration & migration, living in the 19th & 20th centuries, methodology & mechanics, Mizrachi and Middle Eastern research and more.
An exhibitor hall and resource library will include genealogy experts, mentors and translators for a one-stop research experience at the conference site. Multiple levels of registration are available starting at $99.
The conference is hosted by IAJGS, an umbrella organization of more than 93 Jewish genealogical organizations worldwide. The Jewish Genealogical and Archival Society of Greater Philadelphia is this year’s co-host.
