The Etz Chaim Center for Jewish Studies will hold its anniversary gala on June 12 at the National Museum of American Jewish History. Joshua Landes, son of the late Beth Sholom Congregation Rabbi Aaron Landes, will be one of the award recipients, receiving the Ohev Yisrael award. Other honorees include Dov Simons, who is receiving an award for being an ambassador of Jewish education, while Melanie Lieberman and Beth Rivkind will receive the Aishet Chayil awards.
