On April 14, family and friends of Ellen Silberman celebrated her memory at the 24th annual Gift of Life Donor Dash at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The team, Ellen’s Eagles — named in honor of her favorite football team — gathered to support organ donation awareness. Silberman, who was a resident of Fort Washington, was an ardent supporter of organ donation and a recipient of a liver transplant.
