Marnie (née Roberts) and Phillip Belman of Blue Bell announce the birth of their daughter, Dylan Amanda (Davida Eliyanah), on Feb. 28.
Dylan is welcomed by grandparents Marcia and Henry Belman of Media. Dylan is also the granddaughter of the late Phyllis Coopersmith Roberts and the late Gary Roberts.
Sharing in their joy are Aunt Ilisa, Uncle Mike and cousins Jake, Paige and Ben Noble of Cherry Hill, N.J., along with Aunt Chantal, Uncle Michael and cousins Galya and Raphael Belman of Pittsburgh.
Dylan is named in loving memory of maternal uncle David Roberts and paternal uncle Alex Belman.
