Arthur N. Wartell, on Feb. 27, 2016, of Houston, TX, formerly of Upper Darby, PA. Beloved husband of Rita (nee Kwait) loving father of David (Deb) Wartell and Ellen (Ken) Tubman and devoted grandfather of Michael Tubman and Samir Luther, Randi and Ryan Tubman and Amy and Dan Stoner. Mr. Wartell was a World War II Army Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was an Electrical Engineer with GE in Philadelphia for most of his career, and was a active member and Past President of Temple Israel of Upper Darby. Relatives and friends were invited to Graveside Services, Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 11:00 A.M., Mt. Sharon Cemetery (Sec. I), Springfield Ave., Springfield, PA. Contributions in his memory may be made to Hadassah.
