The Israeli Film Festival held a sponsor event to kick off its 20th season and thank its sponsors at Zahav. The reception was followed by a showing of Song of the Siren at the Ritz East. Guests also received a signed copy of Zahav owner Michael Solomonov’s new cookbook/life story. The festival begins March 12 with a showing of The Kind Words by Shemi Zarhin, which has been nominated for 12 Ophirs, the Israeli Film Academy awards.
