The Philadelphia Police Department responded to a call on May 17 regarding vandalism near 2000 Market St., and responding officers discovered four swastikas spray-painted onto three buildings.
Two were on the building outside of Coventry Deli, one was on a building under construction at 2300 Market St.. and another was on the newsstand in the 1900 block of Market.
Police released a surveillance video of a suspect on May 20. The individual is described as a white or Hispanic male, 20- to 30-years-old wearing white sneakers, tan pants and a black T-shirt with a logo on the back.
