Gail and Keith DuPont of Weddington, North Carolina, and Amy and Terry Buckman of Bala Cynwyd and Ventnor, New Jersey, announce the engagement of their children, Emily Frances DuPont and William Frederick Buckman.
Emily earned a BS in business administration, human resources management and business information systems at the University of Pittsburgh and was named to the Lambda Sigma and Gamma Sigma Alpha honor societies. She is a human resources analyst at Unisys.
William graduated summa cum laude with both a BS in accounting and a BA in political science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a second-year law student at Temple University and the recipient of a Beasley Merit Scholarship. He is employed by Jonathan M. Cohen, LLC.
Sharing in the couple’s happiness are brothers Matthew DuPont, Jason Buckman and Micah Buckman.
An August wedding in the Philadelphia area is planned.
