On Nov. 7, the Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) affinity group had the exclusive opportunity to get a firsthand look of the Pod Philly hotel, a brand-new alternative to the typical hotel experience featuring vibrant and unique social spaces.
Members toured the hotel and heard from people behind the project including Rob Zuritsky, president and CEO of Parkway Corp.; Michael Roberts, area general manager of Modus Hotels; and Greg Root, a partner of Condesa, the 140-seat Mexican restaurant on the hotel’s ground floor.
