The National Council of Jewish Women Greater Philadelphia Section held its opening luncheon and program on Sept. 24, marking the start of its 40th anniversary year. The group welcomed Sheila Katz, the national NCJW’s CEO, who brought greetings from the national office in Washington, D.C., and discussed the advocacy agenda for the regional NCJW sections.
