On Aug. 14, the Jewish Residents’ Council of Ann’s Choice Community hosted Rabbi Lance Sussman of Congregation Keneseth Israel for a presentation on “How Lox Became Jewish.” More than 150 residents listened to Sussman discuss how American Jews
developed their own unique food culture based upon their European heritage.
