Gail Snyder and Hal Marcovitz of Chalfont announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Susan Marcovitz, to Jonathon Joseph Vallejo, son of Christopher and Candy Vallejo of Omaha, Nebraska.
Michelle and Jonathon both have doctorate degrees in statistics from Baylor University.
Michelle is employed as a biostatistician for AstraZeneca. Jonathon is a biostatistician for the Food and Drug Administration.
Michelle is the granddaughter of the late Aaron and Florence Snyder of Wyndmoor and the late Israel and Rosalie Marcovitz of Philadelphia.
Jonathon is the grandson of Jacquie and the late Louis Vallejo of Kansas City, Missouri and Richard and the late Caroline Rempe of Superior, Nebraska.
Michelle and Jonathon live in Rockville, Maryland and are planning a September wedding in Doylestown.
Sharing in their happiness are Michelle’s sister Ashley and Jonathon’s sister Lindsay and brothers Benjamin and Christopher.
