Toby Kessler-Cohen and his friend Maxine Wray (below) displayed the results of Toby’s Bar Mitzvah project, a Wissahickon cleanup that pulled 20 bags of trash, nine bags of recycling and at least one bumper from the park. A photo of Toby’s cleanup set an all-time record for engagement on Friends of the Wissahickon’s Instagram account.
