The Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (PICC) elected Lori F. Reiner, partner-in-charge at EisnerAmper LLP in Philadelphia, and Frank K. Klemens, managing director at DuPont Ventures in Wilmington, Del., to its board of directors. These two regional leaders will fortify the chamber’s capabilities and outreach in developing business, investment, academic and commercial ties with Israel.
