Bryan Leib, Ellie Levy and Shana Weiner are the three newest members of the National Museum of American Jewish History’s Young Friends Board. In addition, Jacob Markovitz and Steven Share will serve as the board’s chair and vice chair respectively.
Leib is treasurer of Philadelphia Young Republicans and was most recently a leasing specialist with Campus Apartments. Levy, who was born in Kazakhstan, has lived in Philadelphia since 2011 where she’s active in the Jewish community and served on the host committee for the 2017 Young Friends Tu B’Av celebration. Weiner, a Philadelphia attorney, participated in Hillel’s Graduate Student Network as a law student and served as president of Drexel’s Jewish Law Student Association, before serving on the host committee for several Young Friends events.
Markovitz will replace Shana Golen as chair, who’ll remain on the board. They’ll be joined by Alicia Broudy, Rachel Hollander and Irene Lax, who’ve rotated out of their previous positions.
