Alan and Sheila Snyder of Bensalem, along with Mitch Hirsch and Sylvia Lifschitz of Spring House, announce the engagement of their children, Stacey Elizabeth Snyder and Joshua Jacob Hirsch.Stacey graduated from West Chester University and Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She is a captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Josh graduated from Dickinson College and works as a middle school special education teacher.
Stacey is the granddaughter of the late Harry and Sarah Cohen of Philadelphia and the late Aaron and Florence Snyder of Wyndmoor.
Josh is the grandson of Rose Lifschitz of New York City and the late Joseph Lifschitz of Israel and Eileen and the late Robert Hirsch of Los Angeles.
Sharing in the couple’s happiness are Stacey’s brother Scott and sister-in-law Allison.
The couple lives in Centerville, Ga., and is planning an April 2018 wedding in Philadelphia.
