Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options (JAFCO) held its Spring into Summer Luncheon on May 18, raising more than $75,000 to support neglected children. The event, held at Bluestone Country Club, had more than 275 attendees. “Women of Valor” honorees were Donna Greenberg and Carol Sussman.
On June 29, JAFCO, in partnership with Golden Slipper, hosted a “game day” in Atlantic City. Held at the Golden Nugget casino, about 290 women raised more than $29,000 to allow JAFCO children to attend Golden Slipper Camp.
On July 10, JAFCO held its annual Northeast Golf Classic at White Manor Country Club. About 100 people attended, for a total of more than $50,000 raised.
