Neo-Nazis Plan Rally on Yom Kippur

Page 8 provided evidence that some things, sadly, never seem to change.

The Exponent reported that the neo-Nazi group National Socialist Movement planned a rally in Valley Forge National Historical Park on Sept. 25, which was Yom Kippur that year. The group said it was organizing against illegal non-white immigrants and mentioned bringing home troops from “Israeli-led Zionist wars over oil, greed and lies.”

A park superintendent said rally organizers contended in their permit request that 200 to 300 people were expected, although that number was considered suspect.

The superintendent was right: A follow-up article said only 50 people showed up.
