Ashley and Brett Shafer are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Hayli Elizabeth Shafer, on June 23.
Hayli was born at Reading Hospital, weighing seven pounds, 10 ounces and measuring 20 inches. She is the granddaughter of Stuart and the late Heidi Shafer and Rick and Beverly Minjock.
