A reception for the founders and friends of the Mid-Atlantic Region of American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (AABGU) was held at the home of Larry and Lynda Gross on May 11. The highlight came when Alon Ben-Gurion, grandson of Israel’s first prime minister, was introduced to Harry Dozor, grandson of the Philadelphian who founded AABGU. More than 200 attendees watched Reflections of My Grandfather, Alon’s perspective of David Ben-Gurion both as a statesman and as a grandfather.
