Mel Silverman, owner of Salon l’Etoile in Jenkintown, hosted Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s annual Day of Beauty for patients from its Craniofacial Program. During the event, salon employees and volunteers treated CHOP patients to haircuts, hair coloring, manicures and makeup.
