Stephen and Phyllis Port of Altoona announce the engagement of their son Joseph Port to Tessa Alana Harnetiaux, daughter of Mark Harnetiaux of Illinois and Anna Betkie of Nebraska.
Joseph is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in history. He is a television comedy writer and producer in Los Angeles.
Tessa earned a degree in acting at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. She is a television and movie actor in Los Angeles.
Joseph is the grandson of the late Charles and Anna Lieberman of Philadelphia and the late Samuel and Rose Port of Altoona.
Tessa is the granddaughter of Alan and Nancy Machmer of Illinois and Larry and Carolyn Locke of Wyoming.
Sharing in their happiness are siblings Joshua and Lee Port, Moses and Joanna Port and Kacie Moore as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Joseph and Tessa are planning a June 2017 wedding in Philadelphia.
