Dara (née Davis) and Brendan Beer, and big sisters Millie and Gigi Beer of Pacific Palisades, Calif., announce the birth of Kostas “Gus” Samson (Efroyim Shmuel) on Jan. 3.
Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Mark and Shirley Davis of Huntingdon Valley, Jane Coogan Beer of Los Angeles, Calif., and Jerry Beer of Burbank, Calif., as well as great-grandmothers Shirley Davis of Delray Beach, Fla., and Mary Coogan of San Diego, Calif.
Joining in welcoming the new arrival are Aunt Maura, Uncle Aaron and cousins Nate, Margaret and Caroline Davis; Aunt Kristen, Uncle Kevin and cousin Robert Beer; and Uncle Tim, Aunt Laura and cousin Gabriella Beer.
Gus is named in loving memory of his maternal great-grandfather, Fred (Efroim) Kotranski, and great uncle Alan Kotranski.
