Ian Comisky, a partner at Blank Rome, was presented the Jules Ritholz Memorial Merit Award during a gathering of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, in Washington, D.C. Comisky was honored for his efforts serving the arenas of civil and criminal tax controversies.
A recent graduate of Downingtown STEM Academy and goalie for Downingtown East High School, Josh Cherry has been named U.S. Lacrosse Boys Academic All American. Josh will matriculate at the Georgia Institute of Technology this fall, with a major in nuclear engineering.
Susan Bodner Levine, former publisher’s rep of the Jewish Publishing Group — which includes the Jewish Exponent — for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, is the new director, Women's Philanthropy, Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County in Florida.
Gregg Roman will assume his new role as director of the Middle East Forum in Philadelphia this August, coming from his job as director, Community Relations Council of the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh.
