Cherry Hill/Broadway’s Aaron Lazar ‘Celebrating Seniors’

Cherry Hill's Aaron Lazar, a Broadway musical sensation, lends a helping hand to the Jewish Association Serving the Aging at a fundraiser in New York.

Broadway musical star and Cherry Hill’s pride and joy Aaron Lazar might be taking a selfie here but his selfless acts are well known in the business. Above, he appears with movers and shakers taking part in Celebrating Seniors, a benefit held in New York for JASA (Jewish Association Serving the Aging) for which he served as emcee. With the star (from left) are Brendan Keany of Mutual Redevelopment & Houses, Inc.; Eric Goldstein, CEO, UJA-Federation of New York; Doris Welch, board member, Advocacy Advisory Committee; Kathryn Haslanger, CEO, JASA; Stu Lahn, vice president, Club 76 Senior Center; and Toby Usnik of Christie’s Auction House. The event raised more than $400,000.
