More than 400 people came together to learn from some of the region’s most creative real estate minds at the fourth annual Legends and Leaders Event on May 1, hosted by the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s affinity group for real estate professionals.
More than 400 leaders from Greater Philadelphia’s real estate community came together to gain insight and knowledge from 11 of the region’s most successful, creative and brilliant real estate minds on May 1 at the fourth annual Legends and Leaders Event, hosted by Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE), the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s affinity group for real estate professionals.
Guests were able to meet with their choice of three industry leaders from the group, which included four new speakers for this event: David J. Adelman, president and CEO of Campus Apartments; Bill Glazer, president and CEO of Keystone Property Group; Bruce Goodman, owner of Goodman Properties; and Ron Rubin, executive chairman of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. The seven returning real estate legends and leaders were: Ron Caplan, president of PMC Property Group; Allan Domb, owner of Allan Domb Real Estate; Carl Dranoff, president and CEO of Dranoff Properties; Richard Green, CEO and vice chairman of Firstrust Bank; Steven Korman, founder of Korman Communities, Inc.; Mitchell Morgan, president and CEO of Morgan Properties; and Joseph Zuritsky, chairman and CEO of Parkway Corporation.
JFRE Chair Robert Zuritsky thanked the “record-breaking” 58 corporate sponsors for their support and contributions totaling $277,500 in sponsorships.
Zuritsky also announced a new division of JFRE called “Women of JFRE” as a new way to engage women in the affinity group by hosting smaller women’s-only programming. Women of JFRE will hold its first event on Tuesday, June 16, at Fox Rothschild in Philadelphia.
JFRE’s next event will be held at the Dow Chemical building on the evening of Thursday, July 16, featuring a panel to discuss Market East development, followed by a reception at the Independence Beer Garden.
