Abrams Hebrew Academy has won the Bucks Jewish Basketball League championship.
The Abrams Hebrew Academy basketball team won the Bucks Jewish Basketball League championship by defeating Ohev Shalom of Bucks County, 50-34, earlier this month.
The league consists of three synagogues —Congregation Beth El of Yardley, Congregation Kol Emet and Ohev Shalom — along with Abrams, which created the league four years ago. Grades represented are sixth to eighth.
Abrams last won the championship in 2012.
The BJBL is funded in part by the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
