Tu B’Shevat, a holiday that celebrates ecological awareness and has been compared to a Jewish Arbor Day for its focus on trees, is being celebrated with a flurry of activities at synagoges and area groups and organizations, including a celebration last night by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
