Celebrated builders and developers will gather in Center City to participate in the third annual Legends and Leaders Think Tank.
JFRE, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s affinity group for real estate professionals, will host a powerhouse gathering of the region’s most successful and celebrated builders and developers on Friday, May 2, in Center City Philadelphia.
The third annual Legends and Leaders Think Tank will be staged at the Hyatt at the Bellevue, 200 S. Broad St., 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. JFRE members and their guests will have the opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions with such industry leaders as: Dean Adler, Bart Blatstein, David Binswanger, Ron Caplan, Alan Domb, Carl Dranoff, Richard Green, Leonard Klehr, Steven Korman, Ira Lubert, Mitchell Morgan, Bruce Toll and Joe Zuritsky.
A continental breakfast will be provided. The program is complimentary to JFRE members and $95 per person for non-members. All guests will have the opportunity to make their gift to the 2014 JFRE Fund at the event.
“This is JFRE’s third Legends and Leaders breakfast and we expect it to be out best,” JFRE Chair Robert Zuritsky says, adding: “If you are in the real estate business or are interested in learning more about the industry, this is the event to attend.”
Zuritsky says that all 13 panelists are “true legends and leaders in the industry.”
The event’s unique “speed dating style” format will enable attendees to meet with the experts of their choice during three 20-minute sessions. Zuritsky promises candid and insightful viewpoints from the presenters. “Typically, our Legends and Leaders don’t hold back their views or opinions so the program can get pretty exciting,” he says.
The event is JFRE’s major annual fundraiser. “This year, every dollar raised will go into a matching program where JFRE leverages our dollars with other donors’ dollars to do significant things for the community,” Zuritsky explains.
Alex Stroker, Federation’s interim CEO, touts the enormous impact that JFRE has had on meeting community needs. “Over the past several years, JFRE deployed the resources from the JFRE fund to install playgrounds at two of our community’s JCCs, finance the construction of a pavilion at Gan Israel camp, enhance the outdoor facilities at one Federation Housing, Inc., apartment complex for older adults and implement significant energy-saving measures at another Federation Housing, Inc., facility.”
Zuritsky extends his thanks to the following sponsors for their support of JFRE Legends and Leaders.
